We work in short cycles: each one ends with something that works, you see results as we go and can change direction at any time. Your project manager has one counterpart on our side.

Intro call
We look at where your company can earn more, save and speed up daily work, and find the places where AI and automation pay back first.
Analysis
In two to three days we map the chosen area and you get a report with a concrete plan. The report is yours, whether you continue with us or not.
Implementation
We put in place what the analysis proposed, starting with a prototype. We work in short cycles and each one ends with something that works.
Operation
If you wish, we keep the system running, develop it further and watch the AI market for you, so you are not left behind.

We built everything below and run it ourselves at NonStop. Counts are read from the systems, hours saved are our estimates, and every number says what it rests on. As of 24 September 2026.
A CRM with AI instead of the vendor's system
What we had and what we built
What we had. A vendor system with data going back to 2002, where every change took months and there was no REST API and no AI.
What we built. Our own CRM with AI inside for the whole company, including the migration of all data. In production since September 2023, rolled out department by department.
Call notes written by AI

What we had. Notes typed after the call, or never.
What we built. Every call from the phone system is transcribed, summarised and scored on its own. A manager reviews the team's calls by chatting with the transcripts instead of listening.
An AI colleague over company documents

What we had. Finance and IT answered the same questions from policies and documentation over and over.
What we built. An AI agent in Microsoft Teams answers from company documents and cites the source with every answer.

Who is NonStop Solutions for?
NonStop Solutions helps companies bring AI, automation and modern IT into everyday operations. We help most where a company wants higher revenue, lower costs and more efficient work in operations, back office and sales.
What does NonStop Solutions do?
We implement AI solutions that work: we build and run systems, infrastructure, automation and AI in six areas. AI in production, process automation, data analytics and data cleaning, system architecture and development, company IT and infrastructure, and sales, service and operations processes.
How does working together go?
In four steps, and you can stop after any of them: a free intro call, a two-to-three-day analysis, implementation in short cycles and operation under our watch, if you wish. Your project manager has one counterpart on our side.
What does working in short cycles mean?
We deliver in parts. Every cycle ends with a working result you can measure, and you can change direction at any time. It is how we have run NonStop's own IT since 2020.
How soon will we see results?
Smaller automations go live within days, larger systems are delivered in short cycles. You see results continuously, after every cycle.
How much does it cost?
The intro call is free. The analysis takes two to three days and its price follows the scope we agree in advance. The analysis ends with a plan that prices every step of the implementation. Operation runs on a monthly fee.
We don't know where to start with AI. Can you help?
Yes, that is exactly our job. On the intro call we go through your processes, help you name the problem precisely and find the places where AI and automation pay off first.
Do you do IT or process audits?
Yes. We independently review your IT, internal processes or data and tell you what works, what holds you back and where money leaks away. The output is a clear plan of priorities that we can implement straight away.
How do you handle our data?
Confidentially from the first conversation, and we sign a mutual NDA on request. Personal data stays in your systems, we work with anonymised samples and we delete the data you handed over when the engagement ends.

NonStop Solutions is the technology division of NonStop Consulting s.r.o., part of the internationally operating NonStop Consulting group. It is run by the IT team that builds and runs NonStop's systems, and you deal with that team directly.
